Hi, my name is Zach! I am a proud father, husband, and customer service extraordinaire. I spend my off time playing video games, recording podcasts, fishing, watching hockey, and indulging in craft beers. Yes, I am a beer geek. I started my IT career with Geek Squad, where I learned how to have fun while being the best. I joined Relion 3 years ago and I have not looked back. I can guarantee that when you get on the phone with me, I’ll have you laughing in under 5 minutes.

Hey, I’m Carlos, but the guys call me Turbo. I fell in love with IT when I realized I was able to combine two of my passions into a career: Working with people and working with technology. Off the clock, I’m always looking to improve my skills on the chef’s block and talking myself out of buying overpriced 90’s Japanese cars. High paced efficiency is my forte, so when you call me you’ll have your issue resolved so fast, you’ll swear I was never on your computer.

Hi, my name is Alexander Graham and I’m the guy that’s in charge of getting your network dialed. I was born and raised in Hawaii, and I’m a chill guy that quietly gets things done without complaining. You’ll find me updating servers, reviewing security alerts, and playing online games when everyone else is sleeping.

Hello! I’m Keenan, a recent Cal Poly Pomona grad and IT Help Desk Technician here at Relion Support Inc. When I’m not troubleshooting, I enjoy gaming, working on and driving my car, and spending time with my cats. My passion for tech is only rivaled by my ambition to start a professional guard cat training business. From tech support to gaming tips, car mods to cat facts—I’ve got you covered! Whenever I assist you, rest assured that your computer will be operating like it has nine lives!

Hey there, I’m Emmanuel. They say I have a laugh that can shake the room, and I bring that same energy to my work. When I’m not at the office, you’ll often find me gaming or hitting the court for some basketball. I could’ve gone to the NBA but decided to give other people a fair shot at it, so I stuck to computers! I’m someone who likes having a good time – I’ll get your computer fixed while making sure you have a good laugh!

Hi my name is Toby and I’ve been tinkering with technology since my childhood, where I would chop up and Frankenstein old computers brought home from my mom’s office. I love the rush that comes from helping people solve problems with technology, and I enjoy finding solutions in the name of work smarter, not harder. In my free time I love gardening, hiking, crafting, and meeting new people. By the way, did I mention I’m a HUGE anime nerd?

Hey, I’m Dave — East LA’s most dangerously non‑dangerous man. I power myself on street tacos and blind faith that the Dodgers, Kings, Lakers, and Rams draw strength directly from my existence. The vibes? Immaculate. The tech support? Delivered with the swagger of a man who thinks he could bench‑press the clouds.
Friendly & knowledgeable, we frequently invite them to our Co events as they are so integrated into our Co as experts in their field.
I was in IT support for many years, and I can tell you these guys know their stuff.
They are friendly and never make you feel bad for your level of knowledge.
Manny was able to get me set up and going.
We had lots of challenges as my PC was not set up right by others. He found the right resources to get me all fixed in 1 Call.
